1. Can I have a sample before mass production?
Yes, we will prepare samples for you to inspect. Once all details are confirmed, we will proceed with mass production.
2. Do you have overseas warehouses in the European Union and the United States?
Currently, we do not have an overseas warehouse, but we will consider it in the future.
3. Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we accept OEM and ODM orders according to customer requirements, with a minimum order quantity. Customization is acceptable, such as motor power, battery capacity, frame color, logo, stickers, packaging, etc.
4. What is the payment deadline?
For sample orders, 100% advance payment is required. For large production orders, we accept T/T, L/C, trade guarantee payment, and require a down payment.
5. What is your delivery time?
The production and delivery time for sample orders is within 7 working days. A large number of production orders will require 40-45 days of production, and transportation time depends on sea freight.
6. What certificates do you have?
The product has passed CE & FCC & RoHS & UL & UN38.3 & MSDS certification, strictly following the quality standards of the European Union and the United States.
