How long is the service life of your batteries? Do you support lithium batteries?
We come standard with high-performance lead-acid batteries (service life: approximately 1.5 to 2 years), and we also offer customized LiFePO4 lithium iron phosphate batteries. Lithium batteries feature lighter weight, longer service life (5 to 8 years) and faster charging speeds.
How steep a slope can a vehicle climb?
Our vehicles are equipped with high-low speed climbing gears (rear axle gear ratio change). Trucks and fire engines can easily climb slopes of 20 to 30 degrees under full load.
How long does charging take?
Depending on the battery capacity, it usually takes 6 to 8 hours to fully charge. We can provide a fast-charging solution that can charge the battery to 80% within 3 hours.
Can air conditioners be installed on four-wheeled vehicles? What is their maximum speed?
Yes, heating and air conditioning are optional for four-wheeled models. Due to regulatory and safety constraints, such Low-Speed Electric Vehicles (LSEVs) are generally capped at a maximum speed of 45 to 50 km/h.
Are the vehicles shipped as complete units or disassembled parts?
To save your ocean freight costs, we usually recommend CKD (Completely Knocked Down) or SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) packaging.
Will assembly be very troublesome? Do you provide assembly instructions?
It is not complicated. We will provide detailed assembly manuals and video tutorials along with the goods. For bulk orders, we can arrange technical staff to offer remote video guidance.
How long is the warranty period?
We provide a 12-month warranty for core components (motors, controllers, rear axles, frames).
